Photos are delivered within ~2 business days. Cinematic videos take 3–5 business days depending on the volume of footage. Rush turnaround is available on request.
Yes — drone photos are included in every photography package, and standalone aerial video starts at $199. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 regulations.
Nimalens covers Orlando, Kissimmee, Windermere, Clermont, Davenport, Winter Park, Sanford, and the surrounding Central Florida region. Locations more than 25 miles from downtown Orlando incur a small distance fee based on travel.
Yes. Beyond residential listings, we shoot Airbnb and short-term vacation rentals, retail, office space, and other commercial properties. The portfolio above includes examples of each.
Submit a quote request through the contact form below — we'll confirm availability and lock in your shoot date. A 50% deposit is required at least 5 days before the shoot, with the remaining balance due before final deliverables are released.
Yes — both real (on-site) twilight shoots starting at $249 and a virtual twilight add-on starting at $39 that converts daytime exteriors into dramatic dusk shots without a reshoot. Twilight images significantly increase listing engagement.
